Between 24 and 26 May 2017, Mr. Simon HAYWOOD, expert from the Supreme Allied Command Transformation HQ, delivered the seventh iteration of the "NATO Security Investment Program" seminar.

   The guest presented a general overview of the NATO resources and resources management process, showed the military budget programming, budgeting and execution phases and explained how NATO missions and operations are funded. The activity was attended by officers from the Postgraduate Defense Resources Management Course for Senior Officials - ACT 678.1 and members of DRESMARA teaching staff.
